Refund Policy

1. Delivery note:

   Your online order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Exchange and Refund Timeframe:

   You are eligible for an exchange or refund within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Please inform our store of your intention to return the item on the same day of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

   Please note that the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

   • Damaged books or items.
   • Opened games, sets, and flashcards.
   • Examination preparing books.

4. Refund Process for Credit Card Payments:

   If you made a purchase using a credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card after deducting the cost of the bank transaction.

5. Refund Process for Cash on Delivery Payments:

   If you paid for your order using the cash on delivery method, we offer two options for refunds:

   • Refund through Vodafone cash.
   • Refund by visiting our physical store.

6. Return Shipment Costs:

   The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item by visiting our store in person.

   Please note that we reserve the right to as sess the condition of returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
