Refund Process for Cash on Delivery Payments

If you paid for your order using the cash on delivery method, we offer two options for refunds:

• Refund through Vodafone Cash.
• Refund by visiting our physical store.

Return Shipment Costs

The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item by visiting our store in person.
